This ground floor end unit condo is situated on the 17th hole of the Deertrack Golf Course and is across from the RCI Plantation Resort. There is a Queen size futon in the living room and a Queen size bed in the one private bedroom. There is 1 full bath and 1 half bath. The screened porch has a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer. Back door goes right out to pool, jacuzzi, picnic/bbq area and golf course. About a mile from the beach and close to all shopping, restaurants and everything Myrtle Beach offers. Rental fees are $375.00 per week from November to March; Spring/Summer rates are $475.00 per week April, May and October; $600.00 per week June to September. There is a $65.00 checkout cleaning fee per week and daily housekeeping is available at an extra charge. There is a $100.00 refundable security deposit per week and will be returned upon condo inspection by housekeeping.
