    We have a house that is 10 years old in a gated private community filled with amenities such as skiing (ski lodge right off of the ski slope), tubing, snowboarding, indoor,outdoor tennis and basketball courts, game room, regulation sized golf course, mini-golf course, 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, and a beach (we are within walking distance to the beach,lake, playground, basketball area). There is a huge deck on the back of the house (just a few years old). We have 3/4 bedrooms, washer dryer, dishwasher, 3 televisions, 1 pull-out couch, 2 futons and much more. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house (1 in the master bedroom). The Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the woods. The main level is tiled (ceramic) and completely updated. The lower level is a great place for additional guests or children (there is also a bunk bed on the lower level). There is a security gaurd booth to check into the community, and the community is patroled.
