1200 sqf furnished loft space in doorman building. 900 sqf private terrace garden with Manhattan/Brooklyn views. One queen size bed (sleeps 2). One queen size aerobed available upon request (sleeps 2). Linens and towels included. East, south and west exposure, large windows, 15 ft ceilings, hardwood floors. Fully equipped kitchen, large breakfast/dinner bar with seating for four. Washer/dryer. One bath. Wireless internet access, TV (cable service can be arranged) and local phone service. AC/ceiling fan.

Convenient?
First stop on the F-train (3 blocks to loft) and A/C train in Brooklyn (6 blocks to loft). Two delis are one block away. A gourmet organic food store is 3 blocks away. There are cafes and resturants within a 2 - 8 blocks radius. There are delivery menues in the loft. Brooklyn Bridge Park with playground, magnificent Manhattan views and sunsets is 3 blocks away.

For how much?
$5000/month + utilities (gas, phone, cable) + $80 cleaning service at time of moving out (available in building)
Deposit; $5,000, 100% refundable provided there is no damage. If something breaks, it can either be replaced, or subtracted from the deposit.

For who?
You are either 1 person, 2 persons, or a couple. You need to have good references.
