NON-US RESIDENTS: WESTERN UNION OR AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVELERS CHEQUES ONLY

Cancellation Policy: no refunds
Deposits: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% of the total of RENT & SECURITY IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR DATES. REMAINING 50% BALANCE DUE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO MOVE-IN DATE. IF full payment is not made 3 weeks prior to move-in date then reservation and DEPOSIT is lost.
Other Fees: SECURITY DEPOSIT IS 20% OF RENTAL FEE (minimum of $100.00) REFUNDABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT DATE
