Lake Norman Vacation Paradise

Spend one week or weekend in our home on Lake Norman and we are sure you will fall in  with it and return year after year.  

Our home is on approximately .80 acre of beautifully landscaped waterfront property with our own private boat dock/pier.  There is even a ramp to put your boat in the water or, if you choose, you can use the nearby public boat ramp.

Whether you are enjoying a family vacation with the kids and grandkids or a romantic week with that special someone, this home is perfect for everyone.

It is a beautifully decorated open floor plan with fantastic views.  Come in and feel as right at home as you relax on our large deck and watch the children play in the lake.  Take a short cruise on your boat (or ours for an additional fee) to Queen's Landing, Vinnie's or Exit 36 Bar and Billiards.  Or pack a cooler and spend the day on the lake sightseeing. There are even a few NASCAR drivers with homes on the lake.  See if you can find them!!!

Our home is located in a safe, tranquil setting that is perfect for biking, skateboarding, jogging or strolling hand in hand.  We have plenty of room to park an RV or boat trailer.  Linens are provided so don't worry about packing your own.  We have everything you need to relax and enjoy. We greet you personally at check in to make sure everything is perfect!

We are located  just off Exit 36 on I77, the RACE CITY, USA exit!   Paramount Carowinds is just 35 minutes away!  Lake Norman has something for everyone.  Whether you are a NASCAR fan or an avid boater, Mooresville, NC has it all!

Rates

All weeks are Saturday to Saturday

November 1 through March 31   $1095 per week - $150 per night  - 3 night minimum 

April 1 through October 31  $1195 per week  Saturday to Saturday

3 night minimum /$195 per night  available for April 15 through May 15 and September 10 through October 31

$250 Refundable security deposit  - Refunded 15 days after check out if no damage

$80 cleaning fee

50% deposit required 45 days prior to arrival - fully refunded if cancelled up to 14 days prior to checking  - less than 14 days will be refunded at half the deposit
