The house is available year-round, for stays of two weeks or more.  Rental rates are:

    July-August:              $6,500 per month, including utilities
    June, September:    $3,000 per month, including utilities
    December thru March:   $3,000 per month, utilities not included
    Other times:               $2,000 per month,  including utilities
