The Cozy house is walking distance to Lenox Village with all the shops and restaurants. The updates include vinyl siding and new roof in 2003, up-dated kitchen, first floor bath and laundry, a very spacious and open living room area, large dining room (perfect for entertaining), and a home office alcove. The second floor has the second bath which retains the charm of the early 1900’s with wainscoting, claw foot tub, and marble splash guards.
