"A Perfect Stay" is a corporate rental located in a suburb of New Orleans approximately half way between New Orleans International Airport and the downtown Central Business District. It is nestled among tree lined streets and million dollar homes in a upscale neighborhood just 20 minutes from the French Quarter, JAZZ FEST Fairgrounds, Superdome, City Park, Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, the Aquarium, the Riverwalk, Destrehan & Ormond Plantations, historic Rivertown, the Ponchartrain Center, Treasure Chest Casino, Harrah's Casino, Tulane & Loyola Universities, Ochsner and East Jefferson Hospitals, and Elmwood Industrial Park. It is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and handicap accessible. The first bedroom is the master with king sized bed, bath, cable television, large picture window, two nightstands with lamps, alarm clock, dresser, couch, walk-in closet, carpet, and roll-in shower stall. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with cable television, dresser, night stand, lamp, and hardwood floors. The second bath has a tub with shower. The dining room has a table with 6  chairs. The living room has two sofas, end tables, coffee table, rug over hardwood floors, cable television, stereo, DVD & VCR players, and lamps. The laundry has a large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The sunroom has table and chairs, atrium doors that open onto your private patio complete with table, chair, parasol, propane bar-b-que pit, and garden. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There is two additional rooms that are closed off under the basic rental agreement, but could be opened if the need arose. There is enough off-street parking to accommodate three cars. Central a/c and heat are there for your comfort, as well. Included in the price is electricity, gas, water, high speed [wireless] internet, telephone, and cable television.

Rates vary depending on number of people and length of stay.
