This is a beautiful luxury condominium with 2bedrooms 2baths 2car garages with a separate dining room, sofa bed, and screened in lanai inside the elegant Hamptons community in Tampa Palms. This unit is approximately 1400 square feet and will sleep 6 comfortably and has more room if you wanted to bring airbeds along.  It comes fully furnished, access to pool, fitness center, racquet ball court, valet garbage pick up, clubhouse with bar, and screened in lanai with an elaborate grill, and much more. The rental price is $1500 weekly.  We do have a VERY special rate for longer rentals.  This property is available for rental from Oct 1, 2006 thru April 30, 2007. We require a security deposit and if you like pets we have a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. This is a great vacation spot for the "snowbirds" that just want to come down to enjoy the great Florida SUN!!!
