It is ready to go. Located in a great bungalow historic Kenwood Neighborhood area. It is Immaculately very clean and fresh and new. It is going to go quick, so set up an appointment soon. I am looking for someone who is clean, neat, organized and respects others privacy because that is the way we are. Every thing is brand new and very beautiful. It can be fully furnished to the max or you can bring your own furniture. It has a very nice futon bed, tv/dvd player, living chairs, tables etc..... We lack nothing and have plenty of things to furnish it with. I have renovated the combined bedroom/living room area, kitchen & private bathroom fully. The kitchen has a very nice refrigerator, microwave, stove top, new sink, kitchen cabinets and a/c in there as well. Great location for USF, Eckerd college, Technical college and SPC college students. We are very close to Central Avenue bus station with plenty of stores in the area. We are also on a very nice quiet residential road with plenty of older bungalow homes around us.

It is made up of 1 bedroom, kitchen and its own bathroom in the back of my home. It has its own private entrance, outside patio, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer hookups. Plenty of privacy and no main door to house. It is a separate apartment but only attached to a house. It is something like a duplex. Free parking in the front or back of the home as well. It has a well lighted patio area entrance that has proven to be very secure.

Applications are now being accepted. We are not turning people away because of bad credit, just explain your situation and we will work with you. We require 1st/last month rent and deposit. Tenant must fill out application and submit copy of drivers liscense, soc sec number, proof of income, and credit report from freecreditreport.com.

We also installed new windows, doors and marble like flooring, kitchen appliances and it is freshly painted in a beautiful light sage green color. You don't need to worry about a deposit to get the water or lights on because they are already on in our name.

No smoking or pets are allowed inside the apt but outside cats are very welcome, however we do not have any pets now. Basic rules will apply but privacy is my main issue. I like my privacy and I will give privacy as well. There will be no entrance to or from the main house into the apt, so your privacy is definitely respected.
