Welcome to Our Home! Our NEW Executive 4BR/4BA home with south facing electrically heated pool in Rotonda West on Florida's beautiful Southwest Gulf Coast is the perfect place for the luxurious, memorable vacation you deserve. Our gorgeous home can easily accommodate up to 8 which makes it ideal for groups or several families.  We have taken every measure to provide guests an outstanding accommodation at a reasonable price. From selecting the lot for perfect sun orientation all day long in the pool and deck area, to customizing the floor plan to maximize spacious, open living areas and private sleeping quarters each with their own TV, to providing books, DVD's, CD,'s karaoke, board games, 6 sun loungers, pool volleyball equipment and toys. No detail has been overlooked. Several years in the planning, we are committed to provide a superior vacation rental home for our guests.

Two master suites featuring king size beds and en-suite bathrooms situated away from other sleeping areas allow for privacy. Two further bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and TV’s have bathrooms just outside their doors.

The family room opening to the kitchen has comfortable furnishings, 32” TV, DVD, and Playstation 2 with games and fun for everyone- Karaoke!

The fully stocked kitchen has ample dinnerware and cookware and nearly every gadget imaginable including spices. Inside and outside table seating for 8 as well as a breakfast nook with aquarium glass overlooking the sunny pool area. It’s your dream home away from home!

The living room is just the place to enjoy quiet conversations and has a 9ft sliding glass door looking out over the pool area. 

Our homes’ excellent location is minutes from 4 golf courses, Boca Grande, fabulous beaches and the world's most famous fishing areas. We have some great day trip ideas within an hour’s drive of our home that is... if you can drag yourself away from the Villa! It's the ideal place to relax, rejuvenate and recharge!
