We would like to invite you to spend your vacation at our remodeled, Non-Smoking, Condominium on the Emerald Coast in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

Our Eighth floor, front type "C" Condo has a beautiful view of the beach. This is a one bedroom, one bath Condominium which sleeps four and is located at the popular Sunbird Resort on S. Thomas Drive. The condo has many amenities including cable TV, VCR, DVD, equipped kitchen, private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and queen-size bed. The living room and bedroom have been remodeled. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!

The Sunbird Resort has three pools (one heated Nov. 1st-April 1), tennis, shuffleboard, racquetball, and jet-skis. We are located next to World Famous Pineapple Willie's, and within walking distance of other great restaurants and recreational activities. Several golf courses are also nearby.

Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.

The Entertainment District: A majority of Entertainment has condensed around a central area near the Easternmost end of Front Beach Road.
