Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years have a 5 night minimum stay.

Shorter stays are permitted if other dates already booked prevent the minimum stay requirements quoted above. Please call for assistance.

1. This property has an $85 clean fee. 2. $250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (non-refundable) 3. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 4. $300 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released 10 days after departure with no damage to the home. 5. Check in time is after 4 PM, check out is no later than 10 AM. 6. No refunds with in 6 weeks of arrival. 7. Absolutely No pets and no smoking inside property. 8. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa if present
