We are offering for monthly or seasonal rental our lovely, newly-remodeled house in a lush tropical setting, located Naples at the Vineyards, about 4 miles from Vanderbilt Beach. We are hoping that, with WELL below-market rent, we will more easily find people who will take good care of the house and furnishings. There is no broker fee – we are the owners of the property. We allow most pets, but please tell us about your pet beforehand! No smokers, please.

Our house is at the end of a pretty cul-de-sac in Villa Verona, a section of the gated Vineyards development near the South entrance. The house backs up to a small park, and is a less-than 5 minute walk (really!) to a large supermarket, Starbucks, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. We recently remodeled everything (the house was originally built in the 90s), and most everything is new. The house has an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings with Spanish Saltillo tile floors in the kitchen, living, and dining areas and occasional pretty rugs on the tile. The bedrooms all have new wall-to-wall carpeting. Walking around barefoot throughout the house, South Florida style, is very comfortable. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a private full bathroom, excellent closet space, and a sliding glass door out to a screened porch. All furnishings are also newly purchased, and include antique rattan headboards, a wrought-iron chandelier, etc. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and is adjacent to a second full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. The house comfortably accommodates six adults, and eight adults can be accommodated with two extra mattresses, if needed.

Out back, there is a gas barbeque grill in the screened-in and completely private back porch (lanai), surrounded by lush, tropical plants. The house has an attached two car garage and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There is cable television (2 TVs), heat and air conditioning (new equipment), dishwasher, Wednesday & Saturday garbage pickup, complete gardening service, etc. The community swimming pool is a short walk away. Here is our seasonal rents:

May – September: $1650/mo
October – December: $2300/mo
January – April: $2900/mo

Naples is a relaxed and beautiful, artistic town, with a huge number of interesting shops, restaurants, natural beauty (including miles of beautiful beaches), & more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the
