Avenue. Aventura Mall with shopping for the whole family is also 15 minutes away. Therefore send name, address, phone along with a fax number to which I send a Rental Contract Agreement to be signed and returned Together with a copy of personal ID and security deposit of $300 US dollars in form of money order or cashier check. The security deposit shall be received no later than 4 days and should  be returned to tenant at the end of term of the contract if everything is OK. Money and contract not received in 4 days will result void.Cancellation made  are nonrefundable.
