Gather with friends and family in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, elegant dining room, or in one of four inviting seating areas. Enjoy the custom game room, featuring a pool table, air hockey, darts, a poker set, PlayStation 2, and a variety of board games and art supplies. Unlike many others, the game room has a full seating area and central air. There is even a toy box and kiddy table set. Outside, enjoy the heated pool with spa, an oversized lanai, and an extended backyard. The private pool area is south- facing ensuring full sun all day long.

This house includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is also an espresso machine and a snow cone maker. Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, central air and heat, an iron and ironing board, a blow dryer in every bathroom, towels and linens, local phone service, patio tables, and lounge chairs.

The house is located in the 24-hour security, gated resort community of Emerald Island. The playground and picnic areas are only two doors down from the house, and renters also have full use of the resort’s clubhouse, game room, pool, volleyball, and tennis courts.

There is a shopping plaza about a mile away, which has restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba and Giordano Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a supermarket, a medical care facility, and a drug store.

Disney is about a 3-5 minute drive, Universal Studios and Sea World are about a 15 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 30 minute drive and the ocean is a 45-60 minute drive.

Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years* have a 5 night minimum stay.

*New Years has a 2 night minimum stay if Christmas is already booked for the property you are reserving. Please call for assistance.

Shorter stays are permitted if other dates already booked prevent the minimum stay requirements quoted above, or if you are booking within 30 days of arrival. Please call for assistance.

1. This property has a $140 clean fee. 2. $250 reservation deposit to hold the unit. (non-refundable) 3. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 4. $500 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released 10 days after departure with no damage to the home. 5. Check in time is after 4 PM, check out is no later than 10 AM. 6. No refunds with in 6 weeks of arrival. 7. Absolutely No pets and no smoking inside property. 8. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 on a sleeper sofa if present 9. The spa is heated at no charge. FREE POOL HEAT from October through May! 10. Grills - property manager can supply a barbecue grill for $45 per week. Please Note: By State Law cooking must be done outside the pool cage.
