Heritage Pointe

This is a Dogwood Model - the largest unit with the largest screened lanai at Heritage Pointe. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a den decorated with sleeper sofa, computer hutch and storage bins style night stands and coffee table.

 It is on the first floor with a perfect view of the lake and fountains!  We have been told many times that it is the most nicely decorated unit at HP!  Cheery blues, yellows and greens in a beach theme make it a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Heritage Pointe is a resort style community with  sparkling clean pool and jacuzzi,  pool table room, work out facility, and library with computers. You'll enjoy the Flordia wildlife as you walk the path around the lake.

Perhaps the greatest feature of all is Heritage Pointe's location.  It is close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.  Both outlet and NY style shopping are nearby.
