Serenity is a spacious brick, fully furnished and supplied home located on 40 beautiful, wooded acres, just steps to our private lake & private Pier.  Come on out to "the country" & enjoy a peaceful & relaxing get-a-way.  You're only 2 miles to town & Interstate 10,  10 to 15 min. to Vortex Springs & Ponce de Leon Springs, 25 min. to the nearest beaches & 45 min. to Marianna Caverns.

DeFuniak Springs is a quaint, historic town, friendly like "Mayberry" where people still wave as you drive thru town.  People come here from all over the world to have a great vacation and not be surrounded by the hustle & bustle you'll find right on the beach.  You can visit & still come "home" in the woods.  Great for larger families!  Bring Fido!  We're PET FRIENDLY!!  Or just come, the two of you, anyways, just come & enjoy time away in our neck of the wooods.  Beautiful Wildlife, Nature, Seclusion and everything you need in your home & more...

Swim in the lake or take a canoe ride or just relax on the Pier & fish for some good eatin' Brim or catch you a Big Bass & "get a good picture before you throw him back in the lake".   There's couple of fishing poles or bring your own.  We are about 2-3 miles from town, to shopping, eateries.  Experience some home town country cooking like those "fried green tomatos" or have you a BBQ right at home.  Serenity is filled with board games, card games, lots of great reading books, a VHS Library, Basketball hoop out doors, horseshoes.  We hear it's great to just hang out at the property we call, "The Tiger's Lair".......

Serenity is spacious 3 BR that sleeps 13 comfortably.  There's 2,200+ SF of home, Patios, View to Lake from allthe front windows & sliders.  Many people visit DeFuniak Springs thruout the year.  The upcoming Holidays are fun as there is a "Display of Lights" that is done by the town each year,  that is spectacular.  It's displayed around the circle lake.  (The 2nd most perfectly round lake in the world!) just 1 1/2 mi. away.  We could go on and on, you'll just have to come out here and see for  yourselves.  We look forward to seeing you here in our neck of the woods!
