The home is located in Highgate Park of Legacy Park which is located only 2 minutes South of the bustling Highway 192. Here you’ll be only 12-15 minutes from Disney’s main gate. You’ll be close enough to the fun and far enough to enjoy your privacy. This new development was recently completed in 2005 and is enjoyed by local Floridians and tourists alike. Close to all area attractions, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants, the community is conveniently located to major highways leading to the heart of Central Florida or even the beaches lining our captivating coast.

Within this gated community you’ll find activities such as tennis courts, plenty of walking/jogging paths for an evening stroll in the sunset, and a great kiddy playground area for your little tots too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and other small appliances. You’ll also have pot/pans, dishes, silverware and glassware on hand. Pool Heat, if required, an additional cost $161 per week

Mid Stay Clean available - Full Clean $90 per booking

Compulsory charge

Min of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge $90 per booking

Security deposit is required with booking. This is intended to cover any loss or damage during your stay. The bond is fully refundable within 30 days following departure, on confirmation from our local management company that the property has been left in the same condition as your arrival.
