LOCATION: Our villa is located in the Thousand Oaks Sub Division, which is 10 minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 15 to 20 minutes from Disney theme parks, 30 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the interstate highway I4, which is only a 5minute drive away. FACILITIES: The villa is a tastefully decorated single storey home, it has three bedrooms and is fully air conditioned with private swimming pool, heated if required. The pool is covered by a protective netted enclosure called a lanai to keep all bugs away from our guests. It is maintained and checked regularly by our agents. The villa looks out onto woodland at the rear and gives a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. All three bedrooms have cable tv fitted. There is also another bathroom situated between the adjacent bedrooms. Located in the lounge is a sleeper/ sofa which turns into a Queen size bed and will sleep two people also. So six people can stay comfortably, but can sleep eight if required. A crib and high chair are also kept at the villa for our younger guests. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern amenities you can expect at home and much more. The fridge/freezer is very large with an icemaker, there is a microwave, toaster, coffee perculator and fruitjuicer with ample, pots, pans,crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar and adjacent dining area give plenty of room for enjoying your meals. Leading off from the kitchen is a large double garage with washing machine and dryer for your laundry. A pool table and dartboard are also contained in this area for our guests enjoyment. The Lounge is spacious and central to the villa and has a three seater and two seater sofa. There is a large tv with cable, a video and cd player. The patio doors lead to the pool area for that all important cooling off after a hard day at the theme parks. The patio and pool have lights which makes a late evening swim no problem. There are two sun loungers and table and four chairs to relax in during your stay in the wonderful Florida sunshine. There is a telephone at the villa for guests use, for that phone call home once you have settled in, which can be activated by credit card. Finally after picking up the villa keys from our property management company, you will have a short drive to reach our villa, and we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a pleasant stay, and a memorable and fantastic holiday in Florida and hope you will return in the future.
