Bayside Gardens

This is a delightful large townhome that feels like a house.  On the corner,  it has N. S. and Western windows.  The sunsets are magnificent.  This is across the street from the Gulf on the Bay side, about 500 feet from the Gulf's water's edge.    The entrance is on the ground level with inside stairs to the main floor.  There is a large living room, dining room , kitchen, laundry and 1/2 bath.  On the third floor on 3 bedrooms consisting of a master bedrroom and bath , 2 bedrooms that are joined by a small hall leading to the bathroom.  There are water views from every room.  The area is a very exclusive barrier island called Sand Key.  It is the southern tip of Clearwater Beach.  The Sand Key Beach has often been in the top ten beaches of the world............very private, clean, uncrowded and well maintained.  This is about an hour from Tampa or St Pete, about an hour and a half from DisneyWorld and the Orlando parks.  Public parks as well as discount malls, movies, restaurants are plentiful within 30 to 60 minutes.
