Bali Hi Estate  is an amazing BEACH FRONT luxury home on Captiva's "Gold Coast". This is a fabulous estate and a fabulous location - right on the Gulf of Mexico Beach. Bali Hi Estate includes the main estate house and our guest house "Coccoloba Cottage" and offers privacy, luxury, and spacious comfort only minutes from the island's best restaurants and shopping. A private Gulf-front estate is located on Captiva Island's "Gold Coast" with over 150 feet of direct sandy beachfront (beautifully re-nourished).

Bali Hi is enveloped by 2 acres of professionally landscaped, family and "child friendly" property. Consequently, the home is set back from both Gulf and road sufficient to maintain an atmosphere of serenity and seclusion.

Bali Hi features private local dock within short drive, available exclusively for our Bali Hi guests. On the grounds, enjoy the beautiful (40'x22') pool with spa tub, unobstructed Gulf-front views; only a single step to Captiva Island's exquisite white-sand beach. Additionally, the estate maintains our own private beach including many teak loungers, market umbrellas, multiple sun decks and all the amenities for your enjoyment around pool or Gulf. An exclusive sundeck area 'tween beach and house allows for private sunbathing.

There is also a private children's playground adjacent to the main house facing the Gulf. Wraparound deck is only a foot above the sandy beach. Here you are: one step to the beach!

Relax in one of the two family/living rooms in this finely furnished comfortable home. The central family room and entertainment center feature a premium cable: HBO/Showtime, DVD players, VCRs, and the central entertainment center offers surround sound with indoor/outdoor speakers. The second family room is more removed from the center of the home and offers a quieter atmosphere.

Although work may be the last thing on your mind, this house also offers a well equipped PC, DSL, high-speed wireless internet, printer; all located in the home office. Unlimited local and long distance telephone is free. For the chef: a gourmet kitchen and top line gas grill by the pool and Jennair indoors.

The elegant Master bedroom suite enjoys an Olympic bed and 2 private outside decks. Oversee swimming in the pool. Should pool noise abound, enjoy the more private Gulf-side deck to enjoy our famous sunsets. The spacious master suite bath has both Jacuzzi bath and shower, and offers plenty of space and storage. The guest bedrooms are set aside from the hustle and bustle of common areas. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, have ample closet space and additional storage for all occupants. 2 full bathrooms accompany each guest bedroom and both bedrroms are equipped with TV and premium cable.

More spacious sleeping quarters located in the property's Coccoloba Cottage, only steps away from estate house. These bedrooms are furnished with 3 queen size beds. The option of a cottage house offers additional privacy which some members of your party may require. The Coccoloba Cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable family room. Two decks/balconies overlook the lush landscaping. A private walk allows cottage guests a separate access to the beach without requiring use of the main house access paths, though main paths also easily accessed.
