The kitchen has granite counter tops, all appliances, and is completely open to the dining and living room creating a wonderful place to entertain and live.  The living room has 10 foot tall ceilings, crown moulding and a 12 foot sliding patio door which opens up to the 400 sq. ft. balcony . The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a walk in closet, and it's own private entrance to the second bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and an 8 foot closet. We  tried very hard to make this unit as comfortable as possible from the comfy sectional sofa to the tasteful decorating. If there is something you need to make your stay more enjoyable, we will try to accomadate you within reason. We also have a private, one car garage under the building for you to use. Get out of your car and into the elevator without ever going outside.  We are located in the beautiful gated community of Mystic Vistas just a 40 minute drive from Orlando.   The complex has 4 pools, hot tub, exercise room, tennis and so much more. We also have a Secure, Private access to one of Cape canaverals nicest beach. Very clean and uncrowded. CoCoa Beach Pier, Jetty Park, The mouth of Port Canaveral, and Shuttle Launches can all be seen from our private beach. Visit Disney, or world Famous CoCoa Beach, or Perhaps Merrit Island during the day and relax in your corner garden tub at night. Mystic Vistas is the NEWEST and LAST Ocean Front buildings to be built in Cape Canaveral.    If you are staying ANY WHERE ELSE, you are staying in an OLDER UNIT. That's a FACT. We have secure access to our Private Beach just steps away.   Our Balcony has a Great view that goes for miles, but we do NOT face the water.
