by British couple living in Texas.

Heated swimming pool - the largest on the island, club house, 

tennis, shuffleboard.  Managed by Wagner realty - Tours and rentals 

are available from the on site office.  Great location across from a 

very peaceful,clean and safe beach.

Activities and Attractions:

Free trolley bus stops outside every 20 mins and tours the island.  

Shops and grocery store less than 5 mins drive.  Bars and 

restaurants within very easy walking distance.  Go Karts, bumper 

boats and pirate golf 10 mins drive.  Pleasant drive down the coast 

to Longboat Key - 10 mins and sarasota 20 mins.  Shopping mall and 

great outlet mall 30 min away.  Nearest airport Sarasota/Bradenton 

15 mins and Tampa 1 hour - both easy drives.  Busch Gardens less 

than 1 hour and plenty of local sightseeing - St Petersburg, 

Clearwater, Naples, Sarasota and the islands of the gulf coast.  

Local theatres, cinemas, museums and attractions - A great relaxing 

place - not commercialised at all - everything you need for a family 

or quiet peaceful vacation - ome from home luxury in the sun.
