Home is classic log cabin style, very open with combination kitchen, dining and living room, overlooking the deck. Deck is large wrap-around, with fantastic views of Ten Mile Range. Bedrooms: 2 Bedroom plus loft. Master and 2nd bedroom both have a queen size bed. Loft has 2 twin beds and one queen size bed. There is a second bathroom in the loft. The cabin sleeps a total of 8. Square footage of the home is approxiately 1,600 square feet. You won't find seclusion and views like this, just 3 miles from the city of Breckenridge. Home is located in a Breckenridge neighborhood with access via county roads and maintained during the winter for access by car.

Easiest access is to park in the skier parking on Park Avenue and take the shuttle buses to either Peak 8 or Peak 9. Look for the gondola in the winter of 2007! Breck also boasts a local ice rink, state of the art Recreation facility, with climbing wall, pool, slide for the kids, hot tubs, sauna and classes. 30 minutes from other summit county attractions including Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, Keystone Mountain and less than an hour to Vail and Beaver Creek.
