Downstairs of house has: one bedroom, with great mountain bed that features queen lower/twin upper an additional twin bed, full bathroom, kitchen with small eat-at table, large living room with over sized sleeper sofa, sunny dining table nook that seats eight comfortably, and sliding doors out to a large deck and beautifully landscaped back yard. Deck has a BBQ gas grill, table and chairs.

Upstairs has two queen bedrooms (one with TV/VCR) sharing a half bathroom.

Location is close to all recreation and ski areas. 10 minutes drive to downtown historic Truckee shops and restaurants.
