This Boulder Bay Estate is an awesome 7000 sq foot Lakefront home that sleeps 16 guests. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens (one’s a gourmet kitchen) and four separate deck areas.

The master bath room has a sauna and a spa tub. The game room has a foosball game, a pool table, a chess game table, wide screen TV with a FP. On the same level is a formal dining room a gourmet kitchen and the master bedroom with a queen and a fireplace. Entry way has a powder room.

The third level has a living room a media area two full size sofa sleepers with another fireplace, big screen TV and three other bedrooms, one with a king and a fireplace the other with a full and the kids room has a set of bunk beds.
